Our STANDARD series rCF EasyFeed Bundles are made standard modulus (SM) recycled carbon fiber from verified origins. EFB110 is produced from dry fabric scrap - it contains up to 3.5% by weight of polyester stitching yet provides the same mechanical performance as our mainstream EFB120 rCF (after adjusting carbon fiber loading to maintain the same CF fill ratio). This series is designed to provide the same or similar mechanical performance at a lower price - perfect for value oriented products that still require modulus and strength improvements inherent in CF-filled specialty resins.
NOTE: EFB110 Series Contains up to 3.5% polyester stitching and is only available with polyurethane sizing.
Each sample comes in 20 KG boxes and ships direct from our warehouse.
