Vartega and Lavoisier Composites Combine Forces

Vartega recently collaborated with Lavoisier composites (based in France) to create a part that combined both Vartega’s recycled carbon fiber and Lavoisier’s Carbonium in one piece. This automotive part cover features a Vartega recycled carbon fiber base with a layer of Carbonium on top to give a more premium finish versus a part made with just Vartega’s fiber. Not only does this help Vartega in their mission of making carbon fiber more accessible and sustainable, but also provides more diversity in the applications of our fiber with a more luxurious appearance. The parts were revealed, and the collaboration announced at this year’s JEC World conference in Paris. Thanks to the team over at Lavoisier for working with us on this project.
